Navigating Creative Blocks & Artist Burnout:
The Care and Feeding of the Creative’s Mental Health
A workshop for creatives.
This online workshop is being hosted by the Canadian Federation of Artists. They invited me to deliver this workshop to help artists learn mental health practices with the goal of navigating creative blocks and helping to prevent burnout.
Seminar overview
Creative practice often involves numerous stressors that may inhibit one’s work and degrade one’s mental health. The focus of this 2-hour workshop is to introduce practices artists may incorporate into their life to support their own mental health. Learn about and experience supportive mental health practices that can help prevent burn out, reduce stress, and recover from creative blocks.
